JUNIOR WORLD ROWING CHAMPS  UPDATE

23rd july-Hello from Prague

Hey -the heat here is phenomenal. Yesterday it got up to 51 degrees. It's taking a while to adjust to the heat for training and I am going through lots of water and sunscreen. I had a good sleep last night, I slept like a baby. The food's been really nice so far but the milk and yoghurt get warm quite quickly. Well that's all for now. Nigel
