JUNIOR WORLD ROWING CHAMPS  UPDATE

Hi all

Only 2 sleeps to go now, so everyone in the lodge is getting a little excited, as seen with a few pranks done in the past few days. We were very lucky this week to have our 500s on the water so this only saw one person spewing.

We also had muscle screening which is basically where you do a series of movements and the physio tests your flexibility and muscle strength and lets you know what you need to improve on and how to do it. This was really quite interesting.

I have also had a sore back over the last 5 days which I have pushed through but I have had to get acupuncture today which has relieved it slightly. Hopefully with the two day rest while flying, it will sort itself out.

This week has seen the last lot of racing in New Zealand before we go overseas. It has been an eye opener to really know that we only have two more weeks left to be at our absolute peak, and that after 4 days it's all over.

Well that's all for now in New Zealand I'll send another email from Prague with how it's going and hopefully race times. Thanks again for all your support, it's been phenomenal.

Cheers Nigel
