LAURA'S WOMEN'S FOUR COMES UP ON THE MEN'S LIGHTWEIGHT PAIR IN THEIR LAST TRIAL BEFORE SELECTION TO 2010 NZ ELITE TEAM

2010 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS TEAM

Hi Ann- Julia has forwarded this to me, just thought I would keep you in the loop.
 SUSAN EDWARD
……………………………………………………………………………………..
Congratulations on your selection into the World Championships Rowing Team – wow what a huge team! A few things to start with:
Start Date
Monday 9 August.  Please check with your coach on start times.  If any athletes need help finding accommodation, please let me know.
 Itinerary
Initially the plan was for the World Champs Team to train in Sydney from 29 September – 18 October.  Due to the increased size of the team and congestion on the Sydney International Regatta Course this training camp has now been cancelled and you will be training here at Karapiro for the duration. You will move into the team accommodation on Monday 25th October – Monday 8 November.
 Uniform
Formal – New elites will receive the RNZ formal uniform (men - blazer, shirt, trousers  tie / women – blazer, shirt, skirt)
Training – New elites will receive a top up of training gear from existing stocks where possible including one set of 2XU compression
World Champs Team –Entire team to receive 2XU jacket (TBC) and polo shirt
That's all I can think of right now, enjoy your weekend off .
 Kind regards
 Lisa Holton
