JUNIOR WORLD ROWING CHAMPS  UPDATE

Hi all-Racing starts tomorrow for us now at 10.42am not 11:12am.  We had a  really good last training this afternoon which will hopefully set us  up for our heat tomorrow against Germany, Poland, Croatia and USA. There are 3 heats with 1-3 to semi final and rest go to repacharge. From there the 2 last places of the repechage are in the C final with the

rest going through to the A/B semi. Then from the semi 1-3 go to the A  final and 4-6 go to the B final.

We had the opening ceremony yesturday which was really good apart from  the fact that I thought being in Europe I'd try some new and had a kiwifruit before the ceremony. Little did I know that I’m allergic to  kiwifruits and had a massive allergic reation. Lucky they had a  medical centre in the boat park and I was able to get 2 injections and

some pills to get it under control.

Well that's all for now, I can't wait to race tomorrow and just put  all our work into practice.

Cheers Nigel  Sent from my iPod
