JUNIOR WORLD ROWING CHAMPS  UPDATE

Hi all-Another hot day here in Racice, which makes training twice as hard. We have had a bit of rain last week which was a bit unexpected, but when the suns out it usually ranges between 35-50 degrees celcius which brings out all the topless sunbathers, which is a real bonus. It was very quiet last week with really only the Czech teams training with us but a few more countries have begun showing up which makes this experience more realistic.

The food is not to bad, they have a way of making weird looking food taste alright which is good. The hotel here is really good with two beds to a room with a shower, toilet, fridge, tv etc

Training has been going well so far but after about 2km you’re sweating like a pig.

We had a trip this afternoon to a town called Melnic 30km out of  Racice. It's a really old setting but we got some really good pics.

Anyway that's all for now. Cheers Nigel
